About
I graduated from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture in Ukraine. I am the founder of the architectural bureau KAVESGROUP, where I worked as a chief architect and interior designer for about 20 years. My training and practice as an architect gave me the ability to work effectively in a team, focusing on details without losing sight of the big picture of the project.

SAYDA Complex

Residence
The architectural style of this avant-garde building is a synthesis of elegant minimalism and cutting-edge design elements. The symphony of glass and concrete emphasizes its modernist identity, where clean lines converge with innovative geometric forms. The first floor, adorned with expansive storefronts, serves as a welcoming portal to contemporary boutiques and a soaring lobby. Moving upwards, the upper floors demonstrate a complex interplay of form and function, where offices are characterized by geometric elegance and living spaces exude an atmosphere of refined comfort.
