Waltz is a alternative primary school project in Baharaiye Street of Kadıköy, İstanbul. the design of The Waltz alternative primary school project is focused on creating a dynamic and engaging space that promotes learning and exploration while prioritizing safety and privacy for the students. There is a cafe and terrace on the top floor, which has access from the park, is open to public and creates a transition between public space and primary school.
- ARCH201 Studio Project - Gresc is a library complex with a green focal point that slows down the city flow. It is designed for social sustainability and includes a café, multipurpose rooms, and an art gallery to enhance the library experience. The name "Gresc" is a combination of the words "green" and "escape". The inviting entrance on the main street serves as an art gallery leading to the foyer, which opens up to the backyard, connecting the library and café. The café is the socializing zone of the complex, opening up to both the main street and backyard.
- ARCH102 Studio Project - PowerNap is a 4 square meter accommodation unit designed for use on a university campus. Students can book these units temporarily. It has a 1 sqm bathroom with shower, a kitchenette, a murphy bed that turns into a desk.
- ARCH305 Environmental Control Project - The aim of the project is to design a climate-friendly and energy-efficient detached hosue using environmental conditions. In this direction, a 3-bedroom family house was designed in the Bademli neighborhood in Mudanya, Bursa, which receives light throughout the day, where the rooms can be ventilated by taking advantage of the natural wind. The kitchen smell is not dissipated, and the bathroom ventilation is resolved within itself. The level of discomfort caused by the sun is reduced with timber shadow elements adapted to the direction of the sun. Trees are used as natural shading elements on the south and west side. Travertine flooring is used as a thermal mass of floor, and brick veneer is used as the thermal mass of external walls.
- ARCH301 Studio Project - "Techne" is an ancient Greek term that refers to a broad concept of knowledge and skills related to craftsmanship, art, and technique. It is read as "tekne" in Turkish, which means "boat", refers to the relationship of the project with the sea.
